Samler boksektoren til samtale på tvers

Norge er gjesteland på verdens største barne- og ungdomsbokmesse Bologna Children’s Book Fair i april.

Som en del av det offisielle norske programmet er Norsk bibliotekforening ansvarlig for en faglig samtale på den norske scenen, i samarbeid med den europeiske bibliotekorganisasjonen EBLIDA.

Samarbeid på tvers av boksektoren

I denne programposten setter vi søkelys på hvordan aktører i boksektoren kan samarbeide bedre for å skape gode rammer for lesing og sterke leseopplevelser. Samtalen samler representanter fra bibliotek, bokhandlere, forfattere og forleggere på europeisk nivå.

Barn og unge er storbrukere av bibliotekene, og en nøkkelgruppe i det langsiktige arbeidet med å styrke leselyst. Derfor vil vi invitere til en samtale på tvers av boksektoren for å utforske hvordan ulike aktører kan samarbeide om å skape gode rammer for lesing og sterke leseopplevelser. Vi vil undersøke hvordan vi kan styrke samarbeidsklimaet om felles mål, og samtidig bygge forståelse for vår gjensidige avhengighet

Bringing the Book Sector Together for Cross-Sector Dialogue

Norway is the guest of honor at the world’s largest children’s and youth book fair, the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, in April.

As part of the official Norwegian program, the Norwegian Library Association is responsible for a professional discussion on the Norwegian stage, in collaboration with the European library organization EBLIDA.

Cross-Sector Collaboration in the Book Industry

This program highlights how stakeholders in the book sector can collaborate more effectively to create strong frameworks for reading and meaningful reading experiences. The discussion brings together representatives from libraries, bookstores, authors, and publishers at the European level.

Children and young people are major users of libraries and a key target group in the long-term effort to strengthen reading engagement. Therefore, we invite a cross-sector dialogue to explore how different stakeholders can work together to create strong conditions for reading and impactful reading experiences. We will examine how to strengthen collaboration around shared goals, while also building an understanding of our mutual interdependence.
